The program happened on the 16th September 2017 behind the Computer Science School campus on the theme, “EMPOWERING YOUTH IN I.T THROUGH HEALTHY GAMES”.
The football games/match was between the COSA students and lecturers. There were other dignitaries there to grace the occasion which included the H.O.D. Mr. Elias Ocquaye, current H.O.D Mr. Francis Amavi, and the vice president[ academics] Dr. Benjamin Ghansah.
The match which began on schedule kick-off at 10 am with the lecturers emerging as winners on a 4-3 goal aggregate. There was a trophy and medals that were presented to the winning team by the vice president of academics.
Players and participants were given drinks and food as lunch after the Games. The S.R.C. President Mr. Akoto Andrews, Vice President Miss Asantewaa and General Secretary -Bright Kludzi all were present to show their support for the program. They also congratulated the COSA executives for organizing such event.
The COSA president thanked all participants for participating and encouraged them to take part in future activities/events.
